I saw similar design on website.
I liked back strap detail .
so here it is!
I attached thin sash on side seam.

last one.
double flounce neckline and attached lace trim on hem.
for the flounce and strap detail I used chiffon (It was pretty difficult to sew, very Slippery.)

This is second one.

attached band in back so it can be wear without strap.
